MS India service force me to pay registration fees

I doing a part time job of MS India service . And I complete my work in 10 days(1500document) and I submit my work in a company and the company say me that my QC report is faild . And u pay your registration fees but I saw that my 1450 documents are right but QC report saws wrong .

Sir I am a student of M. Com . I have no many to pay the registration fees(?4700) please help me sir please
