My Flipkart account was blocked about 6 months ago without any prior notice. This is causing me a lot of trouble. I have placed many orders from Flipkart, some of which were good and some had issues which forced me to return them. This is a normal process, but blocking my account for this is unfair. I contacted the support center several times, but I did not get any help. I had many Flipkart rewards and gift cards, which must have expired now. Flipkart is blaming me for the mistakes of their sellers, while many times the cancellations are due to them. This is extremely unfair. Please reactivate my account and give me back my facilities. If my problem is not resolved, I will have to consider other options.
