I ordered a blue caprese sling bag on myntra. They delivered wrong product ‘black dressberry jacket’. I raised the return request with reason that wrong product delivered. I carry that jacket with me daily to the office as I gave my office address as delivery location. But as they have not conveyed the proper scenario to delivery agent. Delivery agent doesn’t accept the jacket. I had raised the complaint also in myntra explaining them the whole situation. But I didn’t get any proper response. And now their attempts have exhausted to pickup for exchange, so it’s like I will have to bear with the unwanted product which I didn’t order.
