Myntra not doing reverse pickup

This is to inform that on 19th November 2017 I had purchased one t-shirt and one jeans from myntra which got delivered on 24th November however on same date I had placed the request for return and which the pick up need to done on 27th November 2017 but still did not happen. I even had raised the complaint to myntra about this issues still there is no action was taken.(complaint number: 171130-023311. Request you to please take a quick action on this. Thanking you in anticipation.
