The issue that I am experiencing is that i had ordered a W kurta women navy blue and peach-coloured straight fit kurta on 2nd July 2020 which has not been delivered. However, it has been updated as a delivered in the app. I have been chasing myntra customer care for almost a month now. They claim that the product was part of packet which was successfully delivered on 28th July 2020. But the said packed contained only one other item (ESPIRIT bag) and did not have the kurta. Now they are demanding that I present a unboxing video to show that the packet did not have the kurta. As per general practice, I have maintained the pictures of the packet which myntra customer service is not accepting these and have denied my claim.
It delivery date has been updated as 28/07/2020 on the app.
I want a full refund for my product and if that is not happening then I demand a video from myntra showing that this product was delivered basis of which they are denying the claim.

Same thing is happend with me, I ordered 2 pairs of Sandals of different sizes. I only receive one pair. I raised the concern on Myntra app through product->help-> Contact us ->Call me back (thats the only option available). Also I left comment, which is not showing on their UI. It also have no issue ID what so ever. When they called me I could not answer the call and raise the official complaint as per them. They asked me, why I didn’t raise my complaint from contact us option in the main menu.
Here are my questions to them:
1. If you only consider raising complaint through contact us option from main menu. Why you don’t have that as the only option to direct me over there.
2. If I raise my concern through call me back option with comment or history, why we are not able to see the comment. Also why it doesn’t have complaint id or something for us.
