Myntra not picking up return product despite Return Policy

I purchased few clothing items from Myntra on 8th August and the item got delivered on 17th August. Upon delivery i figured out that the size in not suitable and immedietly filled a return request with Myntra on 17th August. Now its’s 13 september and my product is still not picked up and several pickup requests have been cancelled for no reason.
I wrote to their customer service and its been 2 weeks and no attempt has been made from their end to pickup the product.

Kindly help pursue this and getting refund from them.
