Myntra not replacing product

So I had bought a Kurta from Myntra that was a size small. When I requested for an exchange, the delivery person refused to take it stating some defect in the cloth. It is clearly a manufacturing defect because the cloth is in 2 shades separated by a thin almost invisible line. Anyway, after emails, another delivery person came the 2nd time and refused to collect it again stating the same reason. I have been sending numerous emails wasting my time I guess because their team believes it is my fault. So I am left hanging & utterly disappointed because I am facing trouble for buying a simple kurta. Not only can I not wear it because it’s a size small, nor are they willing to accept it is a mistake from their end. Their “supposed” quality checks are obviously not good enough or the cloth would not have been like this. I really don’t know what to do or even say to them! I’m baffled.
