Nestaway not adjusting excess paid commission amount

Have paid more money as nestaway one time comission i have to pay just 2750 and i have paid after getting the confirmation from the area manager that it will adjusted in upcoming months rent but he dint and now he refusing but I have the written proof of it but still they are not providing me the refund of it .

I will attach all the proof regarding the same

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
