No after sales service by Morphy Richards

Morphy Richard’s has not bothered to repair my microwave which is under warranty since 30 days of registering the complaint. I’ve contacted them innumerable times through phone, email as well as social media, however they just give the same response again and again but no technician arrives. This has caused me immense inconvenience and also heavy frustration. Complain No. is 12498209.

Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com.
