No delivery No customer support from dsports11

This is with reference to an order made on dsports11 I had ordered a Manchester City Home Jersey on 9th of September, 2020. I paid online for it as the website had no cash on delivery option. I was told the delivery would be made in 10-17 days which is unusually high. After payment I received no confirmation email or text message. I have tried sending emails to them repeatedly and the parent comapny ‘Shopify.’ There has been no reply.

Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
