No refund for undelivered product from Myntra. (that’s the only option available). Also, I left a comment, which is not showing on their UI. It also has no issue ID whatsoever. When they called me I could not answer the call and raise the official complaint as per them. They asked me, why I didn’t raise my complaint from contact us option on the main menu.
Here are my questions to them:
1. If you only consider raising complaints through contact us option from the main menu. Why you don’t have that as the only option to direct me over there?
2. If I raise my concern through “call me back” option with comment or history, why we are not able to see the comment. Also why doesn’t have a complaint id or something for us?.
