No refund for failed transaction in Mobikwik. No support for customer care requests. Value: 680. I have made two transaction to BSNL using Mobikwik (www.mobikwik.com) on 02 March 2018. Both transactions failed. Rs 680 had been deducted from my Mobikwik e-wallet. No refund even after one month. I have given a complaint to the customer care with ticket no #8110996, but no response from them (Still status is showing as “In progress”). The invoce issued by MobikWik for the transaction is attached here.
