I have ordered a pair of shoes on 21st Jan 2021. I did not like to shoe quality. They were not ready to take it back like Amazon and Flipkart. I followed up multiple times and then they took it back on 19th Feb 2021.
Now I am following up on email, phone, whatsapp to return my money or as a store credit but they are not responding, even after multiple reminders. It has been a waste of time and mental torture for me. Order Amount was 759. They have deducted from my store credit. The amount may look smaller but I want justice.
Not only me, they have done this cheating with many of their customers. The customers have complained on Liberty Shoes Facebook page also. Also they don’t return the money to the customer they will give it as store credit so that customer have to buy it from them. Their online service is pathetic.
Kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve this issue. Also teach them a lesson that they should not behave like this with other customers like me.
