I have booked a tour to Thailand from one of the agents of TravelTriangle named. I have been trying to contact him since since 22nd September but without success. Before the payment was done he kept calling continuously to do the bookings and make the payment but now there is no answer.
On 23rd I dropped him a message stating that I going to make complaint against him. Then one of his colleague called me up and started abusing.
I did half payment for my tour on 21st September coz the agent told me that are just two seats available in the flight. Since I was busy so couldn’t check the availability.
Now, that I am trying to reach him for the hotel bookings there is no answer. I even called consumer complaint and I was been told that they will revert in half an hour but there’s no reply to the query.
TravelTriangle’s staff behaviour is very unprofessional and lethargic. Now what I want is my money back from them.
