No Return Pickup Arranged by Ajio

This is to bring to your notice, that till date my return pickup request is not being entertained, towards my Order placed on 13th June 2020. Return request, I am raising for 3rd time, but no turnaround happening.

Pls urgently look into the matter and confirm when best return pickup will be done, further when refund will be initiated.

Kindly fasten the same, else it should not be stated further, that your return window is closed and nothing can be done.

Request to oblige and do needful at the earliest, Also employees should be entertained first – I work with Viacom18 group – part of Reliance Industries Limited

    My return pickup hasnt done yet by ajio.I shoped from official ajio website.very irresponsibleand hast refunded yet ..No responses to mails or calls

    They are not picking up the return product and they are not even contacting me. And raising fake attempts this is scam pls return and refund

    My return request not fulfilled by Ajio yet. It’s more than 20 days. I hv raised return request for the 4th time. They are again and again canceling return without my consent and no pickup arranged till now.

    My return request in ajio is not pick up yet it has been more then a month even the complainant was raised for the customer care in ajio no attempt was made I’m getting a call as no could not pickup the return product but no call came please help

    I return products which are ordered from Ajio but pickup is not happen. I complain to ajio 7 to 8 times still not resolved problem

    No one is picking up my return order from Ajio. Even raised a complaint. I am worried. How can Ajio be so irresponsible.

    Its been more than a month, I am requesting for return pick up, but ko one is coming to pick up the same. After writing a number of emails, they are telling to courier on my own, which is a big hassle. I have told them that I cannot go to courier office as its very far from my place and I am working, but again and again they are writing the same email that they are unable to pick up the product from my address. How can they deliver it on an address, if they cannot pick it up from there? This is like troubling your customers. This has not only happened with me, but I can see a huge number of people complaining for the same reason. Ajio should improve its services otherwise they will loose their loyal customers very soon.

    My problem is also same today iam 3rd time return request created but ajio is not giving logistic partner for pickup very bad &pour service from ajio

    Ajio delivery partner is not picking up the return item and is stating that they could not contact the customer and hence cancelled the return request

    I am trying to return the order on 28/12/22.The app showing the pick up date 03/01/23 but till now no delivery man not came to pick up my order. I need my amount refund

    I have a return request on 02/06/2023 but the product has not picked up yet. and when requested for refund they are saying the request is in progress kindly wait for some time. I have been waiting from last one month.

    I was delivered used product and Ajio is refusing to accept it. I have return request for the 3rd time but they are cancelling each time.strong action to be taken against them.
    I am going to file a case against them.They are deliberately sending wrong items and thereafter cancelling return request.

    It is happening to me also. I ordered a kurta set from ajio but the quality wasn’t even worth for the amount I paid (1100 rupees)
    And am unable to return the product.
    I don’t know what to do….. it’s a huge amount loss for me….need a solution

    COMPLAIN REGARDING PICK UP BY AJIO I made a return request for ajio but my product was not picked up. I contacted ajio help care 4 times but there was no progess yet all. Please look into my issue and make sure the product is picked up. Thank you
