No service from Livpure Smart after full payment

I had booked a 6 month RO plan on 19th may 2020 from their website (https://www.livpuresmart.com/) and made full payment online. Since then I have been trying to reach out to them through all the available means (customer care, twitter and email), but there has been absolutely no response from their side. Nor have they sent any communication after taking money. I am seeking full refund of my payment but there is no option to cancel on their website.
