I purchased a 50” Smart LED TV in the last week of October via PayTM Mall. After around a week’s usage, the TV started giving some error message and stopped working. I tried emailing and contacting the manufacturer through their website with no response. After some days of trying, I complained to PayTM support which has been the similar response except for a few useless email communication which gives different contact numbers which are either wrong or doesn’t get a response.
In the process, I even spoke to a few representatives / agents of the manufacturer who promised to get this fixed, but nothing happened.
I’m tired of follow ups now and approaching this forum for support. I have all the email communication since almost two months now with no resolution. Please help
