I had listed my property in Malad on NoBroker under premium money back guarantee where if they do not rent my property within contract period, they will refund me back. Or if i rent my property through my sources, then too they will refund.
Now i rented my property through 99acers. This tenant has visited NoBroker also once, but never spoke to me nor scheduled any meeting. Just because of this, NoBroker says that this tenant is through us and we have all recordings where the tenant has said that he has finalized the property through NoBroker and everything. When i asked NoBroker for those proves, they refused. Whereas i have all the proves that the property has listed through 99acers which i can give them as well as u. But they are not ready to talk. Nor they are ready to let me talk to their higher authorities.

File a police complaint against the person collect the money. I am also victim of such is refused to refund the money.
