I had purchased a product online through firstcry on 25th Dec 2017 for which the delivery was supposed to be done on 30th Dec 2017. Without getting the delivery, the company is sending messages of product being delivered. On contacting customer care, they seem least interested to solve the complaint and refund my money back. This is clearly a cheating to customers.
