Non-delivery by Professional Couriers

Complaint against Professional Courier’s unprofessional way of service. I sent a courier from Bangalore which was given in Yeshwantpur on 5th of Jan 2018. However, till 10th 2.30 pm, it was not received by me, and tracking shows it has reached L B Nagar. Upon calling, they informed that they do not have any boys to deliver. I am pained with the attitude of this service, where in it took 5 days for a meaningful delivery. More than money, how can people get protected from such unorofessional behaviour?

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
