Non delivery of consignment by Overnite couriers

The publisher had sent a book through Overnite Express Limited on 13.01.2018 from Newdelhi to Thrissur, Kerala. Even after 14.02.2018 we hadn’t received the courier, while tracking AWB, no status being updated. Tried to contact overnite branches in Kerala, but the contact nos provided in their website were completely wrong. No response from Customer Care executives, at last they provided a contact of Mr Sxxxxl, Manager. The manager is very pathetic than customer care executive. Presently we had no idea about the courier in transit. Please guide to proceed with the matter.
