I am writing this email to complain about very disappointing service of the courier company skyking. I booked this courier on 22nd July 2019 but it is still not delivered.
Current status on website shows forwarded to Raipur on 23rd July and there is no status update after that.
I am continuously in touch with customer care and also the person ( Rxxxxu from rohtak ) from which I booked).
The booking person every time giving me different excuses like I have meeting next week and I will look for your refund. But today he told that company is not ready for this.
The customer care gave me the delhi office number And they gave me durg office number, and then I was given the delivery boy number,But delivery boy never picked up my call and also did not replied WhatsApp.
I am fed up and frustrated.
I strongly feel skyking should compensate my refund. I do not expect this type of pathetic service from this company.
