Non delivery of document by Skyking courier, but shown delivered

My one small packet of samples document is booked from Surat to Sanirish Textiles Delhi on 30/07/18 in Skyking courier(Shri Shyam Air Courier Service). But this packet did not till 02/08/18. As the courier company claim to delivered the packet in 24 hours from Surat to Delhi. As we track the above parcel number on company’s site, it shown delivered.When we complaint it to company,s mail id, then they send us an delivery sheet’s picture with someone else signature on it. When we told about this to them,they refuse to accept that it’s actually their delivery man who sign the delivery sheet, as he didn’t want to go to deliver the parcel. Ironically I think Company is also known to this fact, but can’t do any action. As This company SkyKing is really bad in service as they are not doing their job professionally.
