My father had posted my original insurance policy through Trackon Courier. even after about 2 weeks, I did not receive it. When i called Trackon, they told that the document is being returned as my address is out of their delivery area. They should not have accepted delivery from my father or called me up to inform about non-delivery or at least return the document to my father. Nothing happened. Even after multiple calls and emails, they do not care to respond or return my insurance policy. Its my original insurance policy which cannot be lost. They cannot keep it because of their mistake.
