Non Delivery of Item by Gati Courier

An item vide Gati Docket no:510799995 is still not delivered still after lodging several complaints. The assured delivery date was 15th Dec, 2017. Complaint vide no: 32958198 was filed on 18th Dec, 2017 but no reply from their end. Had online chat with the service centre customer care but still they are least bothered. Same problem faced 2 months before with a seperate order and lastly I had to visit their warehouse to collect that order. Extremely poor service. Please help me out by appropriate legal means.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
