Non-delivery of mobile by Shopkaar

I purchased Redmi mobile of worth Rs5999/- from website (www.shopkaar.com) through online payment. After a week, this site had been closed. And finally, my order id-129316 did not delivered in my given address. So request you to please provide my refund or my mobile (Redmi 5A).
