I have reapplied my pan card and i got an confirmation message from NSDL on 06 July 2020 that my updated pan card has been through Velex Logistics Awb no 23311052811. I have checked status through velex logistics website and status shows delivered on 24 July 2020 but i have not recieved my pan card nor my family or neighbours. Please look into my problem.
