FIRST FLIGHT COURIER Dt.18.10.18 From Kanpur to Noida Not delivered till 30.10.18. Following up rigourously since some important documents regarding income tax to be filed till 30.10.2018
On 27.10.18 Mr. Rxxxxv Pxxxxxy requested me to allow time till 29.10 18 – 12.00 PM but it failed.
On 29.10.18 Mr. R. P. Sxxxxh requested me to allow time till 30.10.18 but it failed. On 30.10.18 Mr. Sxxxxh informed me at 1.00 PM that it will be delivered within one hour but this also failed.
On 30.10.18 in evening at 6.30 PM Mr. Sxxxxy Txxxxi has requested me to allow time till 31.10.2018
During telephonic discussions with Mr. Txxxxxi , he told me that what ever best can be done , has been done and what ever action I wish to take , I am free to take it and he is least bothered about it.
One Mr. Gxxxxa Sxxxxxh – who is incharge of Noida branch (as informed to me) seems to be the main culprit.
As such we would request the concerned authorities to recover my losses from concerned persons and terminate them with immediate effect for their careless attitude.
