Non-delivery of product by shadesltd

Non delivery of product. Value: 3600

I have ordered a Co-ord set from shadesltd on 14th April. While placing the order I was told my order will be delivered within 8-10days … Even after payment I wasn’t provided with any order id or tracking details but only a email I’d for further assistance i.e sxxxxxt@gmail.com . It’s been exactly 10 days i haven’t received my order and no one replying to mails or DM on insta. P.s.. they don’t provide any contact details ,the UPI address was jaintex***@jio under the name of pxxxxk sxxxxxi .
