This is to report that an item sent via DHL AWB# 7389923601 which was shipped from France on 29 Nov has still not been delivered after all formalities in regard to KYC and other necessary information has been provided to concerned department within DHL.
1st the KYC department did not upload the details while it was done the very next day the message for uploading the KYC was received which was 07 Dec. They only did it on 11 Dec after I called up to find out the update on delivery. Then they gave me a story that the contact details were not correct hence they were unable to trace the delivery address.
I have been calling DHL every second day to check about the shipment but every time they give a new story & say that it is still awaiting the clearance from Delhi Customs. It has been now almost a month that the shipment is undelivered and there has been no call for follow-up as well from DHL.
I am pretty sure that they have lost the consignment or damaged the same. And now trying to delay the procedure so that the customer will stop following up. Just to give a detail of the shipment, it is a CAP which is worth EUR 6.
Also when I told them that I will report this to India Consumer Forum, they were least bothered to even give an importance to my warning. May I kindly request you to take an appropriate action to sort this matter and take a strict action against against DHL Courier Company.
