I bought a lenovo laptop on 4th may 2017 for which I registered for “back to school” extended warranty program and paid ?999 for a 2 year extended warranty on 9th May 2017. I received the confirmation of the payment from lenovo but they have not yet issued e a warranty certificate. Whenever I try to contact them, they term it as a technical issue and keep extending the date by 10 more days. It has happened three times in the last month and they haven’t been able to furnish one certificate. Please Advise on this issue.
