I had placed an order with Nykaa.com with order no. 601031118 on 5th August. One of the items i ordered was Faceshop mask sheet and according to the offer it was mentioned 5+5 mask sheet and the condition was i had to place an order for same value mask sheet to avail the offer. i ordered for 5 mask sheet but when i received the item, my free mask sheets were not included. On enquiry, the customer executive told me that i had to place 10 mask sheet in my cart and there would be 50% off. No where was 50% off mentioned. If the condition was also to add 10 mask sheet then it should have been mentioned but it was not. I kept writing to them but I got the same response. I even quoted their offer but they did not entertain. Currently another offer is going on with faceshop mask sheet for 7+7 mask sheet and now the condition to add 14 mask sheet or more is clearly mentioned. However these conditions were not mentioned earlier. Due to error in their part on incomplete information of conditions, I requested for my free 5 mask sheet however they are not entertaining my request. with an error on their part, customer is receiving incomplete and misguided information due to which the customer has to suffer.
