Non receipt of refund by Go Air due to flights cancelled during lock down

I have booked following tickets by Go Air as per the details given below- (Tickets enclosed) 1- Booking Date-04.04.20- From Lucknow to Delhi Date-19.04.20- From Delhi to Lucknow Amount- Rs 12,189 2- Date-18.05.20- Mumbai to Lucknow Amount- Rs 3561 3- Booking Reference- Date-18.05.20- Mumbai to Lucknow Rs 3895 All these flights were cancelled due to lock down & I couldn’t travel. I have no travel plan in the near future. I requested Go air  & Nodal Officer on 19.11.2020, but my amount has not been refunded so far. I , therefore I request you to refund my amount.
