I have booked flight and hotel for Australia (group booking) through Neem holidays private limited, goregaon east, mumbai-400063. i have made payment of Rs.1,07,200/- in advance. however due medical emergency i have to cancel my travel. i have submitted medical certificate as well to them but they are still not reverted on the same and denying to refund booking amount. we have spoke to their staff continuosly and have sent them emails also but they are not reverting on email as well. this company seems to be fraud. they are not providing airline details and hotel detail and not even PRN number so that we can do directly from here. therefore looking at their non cooperation i have filed this complaint and would seek your kind assistance to get this sorted out and get my money refunded.
