I have booked a shipment of house hold items from Pune to Noida on 25th July and shipment was picked on 26th July. They still have not delivered my shipment even though it reached Noida on 31st July. As the household not arrived, I have to stay and eat outside and have to call them multiple times without getting the solution.
This is totally unacceptable and they simply gave the process of customer support to some third party and dont even have tracking. Please make sure no one else should face through this situation and cancel the license of Porter Parcel &Movers Pvt. Ltd with immediate effect until unless they sort out logistics issues

On July 2023 I shifter from Bangalore to Kolkata but on the way many of my items were majorly damaged. Washing machine bend from both sides, refrigerator dented , mattress torn, Glass table broken into small pieces.Till date no resolution has been done . BIG MISTAKE FOR GOING FOR PORTER.
