I have purchased I-Ball Compbook , a thin sized laptop online from Flipkart on 11/08/2017. But sadly, the product is received with defect with a non-functioning of one of the keyboard button.
Later I have raised the complaint on 17/08/2017 with Flipkart , to that the team responded with a feedback which is attached herewith.
So far neither any technician has collected the defective product / nor the amount of Rs.12496/- is refunded , nor any further response from Flipkart or I-Ball is received. You are requested to resolve this matter and flipkart be penalized for this mistake.

Hi sir I am reciving a mens invoky wooded t shirt product but not coming MRP TAG AND WARRENTY CARD refund is not receiving customer care was asking MRP TAG AND WORRENTY CARD But shirt refund isse is length issue I am reciving a 3 products reciving all 3 products but not coming inside the pack MRP TAG AND WORRENTY CARD PLIASE SOLVE THE problem
