I have been using services since a long and need to permanently deactivate / disconnect the services. While calling customer care they simply refused for it.
Entire Hardwares are lying at y home so as i can handover back to the company , as no need of the same. I have also requested to refund my account balance as on date. But they simply deny for the same.
I don’t understand that after deactivation, complete hardware return and not using services, what is the principal issue with refunding back my own account balance?
