I rent my apartment via Nestaway. In Feb 2021 the rental agreement renewal was due and tenant needed it for taxation purposes. We have been trying to get the issue resolved for two months now, but we either get no response from Nestaway or get false promises that the issue will be resolved in few days.
My customer care ticket CC_0xxxxx2 has not been looked at, and the customer car “champion” does not respond as well.
Due to this my tenant has decided to move out. This would result in a loss of rental income for me and Nestaway will charge additional money when the new tenant decides to move in.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I would not recommend anyone to use Nestaway at all. I should have known this because on-boarding my house in their platform also took months of follow up
