I have been a regular customer of the AJIO app. Have ordered from there multiple times since the app was launched. Today when I tried to open the app, it showed user not found. It logged me out and when I attempted to login again with my mobile number / email address it showed a complete new account. With no money in account.
I had close to Rs. 4000 in my AJIO account that is now not even showing, and I’m not able to see my account or any of my past orders. This is not acceptable as there is my hard earned money kept in that wallet with a lot of trust on this company. Need a quick redress all of this. I have proof of all my old orders on mail and sms. With refund amounts as well when I have returned.
Please help me out on this
