I have purchased a jewelry with this shop costing Rs. 1299. They advertised on Instagram. I contacted them and they asked to pay on the number. 8xxxxxxxxxx1. The website has the same number displayed as well. It has a https:// secured link too. So, I thought it is genuine website. https[://]zevar.com/
I made the payment using Phone pay. Fir I made a payment for Re, 1 to for a confirmation. Then I made the payment of remain 1299 rupees. A total of 13000 rupees was paid. I was asked to give a confirmation by giving a screenshot of the payment. I have provided that.
They did not provided any tracking id of the order placed after that. No product was being delivered for one week. When I complained, they did not even have given the tracking id. When I said that you are not providing any tracking id, how people will trust you, they just liked my comments. This shows their rudeness towards the customer. And it looks like a completely fraud website to me now.
I have attached all my conversation regarding this. This website and owner needs to be tracked and If this website is genuine, I would like my complete refund and compensation of pain and mental anguish that I have go through during this purchase and if they are fraud someone has to track all this fraud website and create an alert for customer.
