I had purchased a pair of shoes from an online website naming Doc Martin. I returned the product due to some reason. I jave been told that it will take 12 days to get the refund after gistering the return request for the product. This company Doc Martin is a scam as on their facebook page as well, lot of customers have posted regarding not getting the refund after returning the product. There is no contact number mentioned on there page for services related query. Only an email address is mentioned on which I had emailed and got reply till the product was picked up from me. The signature of the email states the name of a person designation as Assistant Manager Customer Relations. I have a complete loop of emails on which I had conversation regarding getting refund for the product that I have returned and they are even not replying to my emails as well. My order number is 40568.
