I moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. I got an email saying the refund was initiated by them on 7th march. I didn’t receive the money and I contacted them many times through the customer service number. They said the refund had been initiated. I contacted them on 17th April again.They asked me to share an account statment. I shared a statement from 7th march to 17th april. I connected with the OYO-LIFE property(1230) manager- Pxxxxn sxxxxh. and the customer service numerous times. I got an email back on 18th April which said the transfer had failed somehow. And they have initiated the refund again through TAT bank transfer. It is 28th April today. I still haven’t got the refund.The customer service is replying with apologies. The manager is npot responding to the calls.
