I took an ola auto for a distance of 6 km and usual bill comes around 80. On last ride distance came as 15.5 kms with fare of 214. Driver was not ready to wait while calling Ola support since their IVR will take 8 to 10 mins to attend call.Hence I paid and called Ola support after waiting for long. They said it is their technical issue and had only one option and that was to raise complaint using support link in their app. But that wasn’t working saying an error as “Unable to process request:You have reached maximum number of attempts”. Hence I called again and registered a complaint. Still they were not ready to solve the issue. These are their cheap tactics to get more money.Hence Pleas be careful. When such things happen, please don’t pay money. I will resolve this complaint if they give me my money back.
