I booked an Ola cab on 20th November to travel from Prince Infocity 2 to Hotel Radisson Blu, near the Chennai Airport. When I got down the bill was not generated for 10 minutes due to signal problem. Finally the driver showed me the bill for Rs 255. I paid him in cash since I had no money in my Ola Wallet.
Two weeks later, when I tried to book Ola cab, the mobile app showed that i still owed Rs 255. I got puzzled and called customer care the next day. I explained to them clearly and they said they will investigate. But I received an email on 4th December and 5th and 8th that I had to clear the dues. I got frustrated and called the cab driver Mxxxxj who drove me. He clearly remembered me and said if Ola calls him he will clarify he received in cash.
I called Ola customer care again and they said they will investigate. Again I got the same email reply. I am really feeling helpless.
