Ola cabs charging double payment

On 07.07.17, evening around 21.40 pm I booked a cab from kaikondrahalli to Yashwantpur. Total trip cost was ?586. The driver of the Ola cab took cash of ? 586/- from me upon completion of trip, and money of ?586 is also deducted from my Ola account. When asked for a refund from Ola cabs, they replied that driver is denying the fact that he took cash. Ola and its driver have looted me for ?586. Even after repeated complaints they failed to refund.
