On 6th Oct I have booked an OLA cab having CRN1126077154 served by Mr. Vxxxxy from Chennai Central to Guindy. The fare estimate was around 250-270 Rs, but when we reached to our destination the total fare was 632 Rs, I asked driver for that fare increase, they didn’t reply us reply, and abusing us. After that when we received the INVOICE of that fare there was an unusual fare hike of 385 Rs. I have no idea why they have charged this much amount. I want to take immediaite action against this. I doesnot matter they are taking additional money but the behaviour of the cab driver was inappropriate.
