Ola driver charged Rs.1000 extra and not refunding same

This was a outstation trip booked on 19th of March 2018. The driver charged rs 1000.00 towards fuel at a petrol station. However the total bill was deducted towards ola money. The driver promised to refund rs 1000.00 but has now denied taking cash from us. This clearly states what PATHETIC drivers ola has. Also complained about the driver to ola but instead they stood up for the driver that he denied taking cash from us. Drivers Name: Nxxxxxa Rxxxy & CRN: 1617709321.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
