I using daily ola and uber cab, So I have taken ola paas, yesterday afternoon 1:30pm booked ride and ride get confirmed. But after 15 min he cancelled then I tried for cab around 15 min but I didn’t get cab from ola then I booked Uber and left to Ofc which is located in Bellandur.
In midnight 12am I booked ola again and ride get confirmed but again after some time it get cancelled then again I booked ride again cancelled . 6 times booked cab and 6 times ride cancelled by ola cab. Then again I booked Uber and keef for home.
So my question is I have ola paas and money in ola account but still I didn’t get cab then what is use of Ola.
Whenever I booked ola cab in midnight driver ask is it cash or ola money if I say ola money they cancel my ride.
This is not the first time same thing happened many time, I have to wait half hr for getting ride.
Getting frustrated bcoz of Ola.
I have all proofs of cancellation of rides.
