Purchased Mi5 phone last year on 25th May. Had a liquid damage(fell into glass of water and only headphone port, speaker and camera lens got wet for less than a minute on28th March(within damage claim period). Claim request no SR#1876694 raised through OneAssist. Phone picked by OneAssist and returned after almost 3 weeks later in extremely damaged condition with scratches on body and back panel was partially opened and software issues persists more than it has issues previously. The same day called to OneAssist and repick my phone on 12 May 2017 and again returned on 1st June as they committed 15 days delivery with back panel replacement only, rest of the problems are as it is. Now new issue observed with Home button which is not working and phone automatically getting in wake up mode after sleep mode button pressed. Complaint raised again through email to OneAssist on happytoassist[@]oneassist.in and also Xiomi on services.in@xiomi.com on 3rd June again, just received an email from OneAssist to call in 48 hrs with service request no 2044501. Did not get any call or reply from Xiomi services. It’s the most pathetic service and feeling regretted for buying Xiomi most valuable product Mi5.
