I had taken a mobile insurance from OneAssist for my Xiaomi MI-5 mobile in April 2016. I raised device claim request on 06 April 2017 before the expiry date for the damage caused to back panel of my handset. They initiated my claim request, got it approved from insurance company amd my device was repaired. I received my mobile on 26th May 2017 and I started using it from 27th May 2017. But when I received first call i realized that i can’t hear anything from the internal calling speaker. So I immediately raised complaint with OneAssist regarding the same with service request 2022326 and the executive said my handset will be picked up within 4 days. But till date they have not picked up my handset and I didn’t received any email/call regarding my service request 2022326. I got this service request number when I called them. I have called them more than 10 times and chatted 7-8 times on their app for escalating my request but they kept delaying it and not given me any reason for the delay. I had posted a message on twitter on June 13th is when Dxxxxxxh D from escalations team contacted me and told me my handset will be picked up within 2-3 days and will get repaired. Its been a week and still i received no email/call from them.
